Sound Bath Journey – Sevenoaks 

A sound bath is a relaxing and healing meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves, Naomi use gongs, bowls, chimes and various other things to create a powerful sound journey experience.

Since attending my first ever gong bath, I feel completely different.  I was rather sceptical (tbh) as I find it hard to meditate, but this experience has been incredible for me.  Like a ‘light bulb moment’ I feel lighter emotionally, trouble’s bounce off easier and I’m all round more at ‘one’ within myself.  I am returning for my second Gong bath next week.  Thank you

Naomi thank you so much for the gong bath – I’ve been blown away by the effect! I came to it with a dose of scepticism as I’ve experienced them before (not by you) and found them relaxing and enjoyable but nothing more. But this experience with you was very different. I could feel the vibration of the gong on a deep level in my body and as you know, I burst into intense sobbing at the end. I don’t know what it was that was released but the effect on my physical, mental and emotional energy has been amazing. Can’t wait to see what the next one brings!

“I’d heard really excellent things about Naomi’s workshops and took myself down to my first one in January after a particularly unhealthy holiday season.

Now, I’m no domestic goddess, I can’t tell cucumbers from courgettes to be honest, so I was concerned it would all be beyond me but I can honestly say that it was really eye opening, I learned 4 REALLY easy-to-follow recipes, all of which were not only incredibly healthy but DELICIOUS and I really enjoy making them. I went to another one this week and have once again come away feeling inspired.

I can’t ‘quite believe that I’ve spent more money in the health food store than in Zara recently, and the wine bottles in my fridge have been replaced with avocado and silken tofu – I’m feeling very pleased with myself. The chocolate dessert we made at this week’s workshop using cashew nuts and tofu (REALLY!!) was so divine I think I could live off it forever.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to revamp their eating habits, or for the already-healthy who are looking for some extra inspiration. Who knew healthy could be so tasty??”
