Golden Mylk Recipe

If you have been to one of my gong baths you will have experienced my Golden Mylk afterwards. I love to serve this up as it is nurturing, nourishing and grounding for mind, body and soul. You might think it is strange that I have added in black pepper to this recipe but please don’t skip this as it is super important for activating the magical properties that turmeric is famous for.

350g oat milk 

1/4 tsp ground turmeric powder

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon powder

1/4 tsp ground ginger powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

1/4 tsp ashwagandha powder

1 tsp honey or maple syrup for vegan

1 tsp coconut oil

Pinch of nutmeg 

Pinch of salt 

Grind of black pepper

Put everything in a saucepan and gently heat over a medium heat until warmed through 

Drink immediately
