This is a really fun recipe that is a staple in my kitchen, I have been making this year and add it to my breakfast every day to add a burst of nutrition, flavour and textures. I call it my Party Mix as it looks like a party on your plate with all the vibrant colours.
Ingredients
1/4 cup Hulled hemp seeds
1/2 cup Cacao nibs
3 tbs Chia seeds
1/4 cup Coconut flakes
1/2 cup Goji Berries
1/2 cup Mulberries
3 tbs flaxseeds
Equipment
You will need a kilner jar.
Method
In a kilner jar add all of the above and shake until mixed!
Add to your porridge, pancakes, smoothies, yoghurt, chia pudding, bircher muesli, desserts… basically anything that needs livening up!
