Delicious quick and easy snack that kids and adults will all adore.
Servings: 18 slices

Ingredients
- 3 cups oats (300g)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey add more if you have a sweeter tooth
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup rice crispies
- 1 tsp vanilla powder or essence
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree fan or equivalent
- Add all the ingredients apart from the strawberry jam to a bowl and mix until fully combined
- Line your baking tin with baking paper making sure it hangs over the edge of the tin
- Pour your mixture into your tin and tightly compress using the back of a spoon
- Pour the strawberry jam on top and spread evenly
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting
